Yale Enforcement Services would like to congratulate Security Officer James H. Spiars with the award of Region 3 July 2011“Employee of the Month.” James has shown such dedication and great work ethic and positive attitude after only being with the company for only eight months. His immediate willingness to cover any given shift compliments how great his loyalty is to this company. His positive nature has infected the hospital staff and has made them feel as if he is part of their family. He arrives early and ready for work every day scheduled without fail, and his appearance and conduct have always been impeccable. We appreciate all the hard work and dedication James has put into our security department.
