Region 3 Feedback

I wanted to take a moment and share some positive feedback from clients this week in Region 3.

Steve- Client wrote- "I would like to tell you about your associate that went above and beyond today.She was inside and saw a spill in the cafe, got on her walkie and asked for maintenance to come to the cafe for a wet spill. Then guarded the spill until Maintenance showed up to clean it up. LaRhonda Jones is her name."

Kris- Client wrote- "I have to say, Jeremy Harmon from Security was the most helpful security person yesterday.  In the 6 years I have been at (this facility) I have not had anyone be so helpful and professional as he was.  Kudo’s to him!  He asked very appropriate questions, he made this family feel like they were being heard and helped even though losing their phones was their own mistake." 

Thank you Officer Jones and Officer Harmon! Great job!
