DART Team Responds to Hurricane Issac

For the first time since 2008 (Hurricane Ike), Yale Enforcement Services DART (Disaster Activated Response Team) was activated to respond to a client in Louisiana.  Hurricane Isaac, a Category 1 Hurricane, threatened and Yale Enforcement Services responded.  A two man team from Region 4 – Houston, was dispatched immediately.

Captain Steve Osburn and Master Sergeant Michael Crim departed from Houston to Covington, Louisiana on Monday August 27th.  Both officers were embedded at our client’s location until Friday August 31st when they were released.  Captain Osburn stated that clients staff was exceptional during the storm, which seemed to last forever.

Region 4 would like to thank Captain Osburn and Master Sergeant Crim for stepping up at a moments notice and deploying within hours to our client in Louisiana.  Great job guys!

Alex Ledsinger,
Regional Manager- Region 4
