Yale Mechanics Recondition Fleet

I would like to take this opportunity to recognize the team of Terry Bynum and Dewayne Stanley. Terry is the mechanic in the St. Louis Metro Branch who does an excellent job of keeping the fleet rolling. Dewayne is one of Yale's flex officers who just so happens to be a pretty good mechanic himself. The two of them are currently working to recondition the fleet of cars in the Chicago area.

Some of the cars that have come down from Chicago were rough to say the least. When they left, they looked like new cars, and ran the way they are supposed to. I am sure that the officers that receive these reconditioned cars will be impressed with the transformation. I know I am.

So the next time you are in a nice shiny Yale Enforcement Services patrol vehicle with the new decals, new paint, and clean interior, please remember the mechanics. A lot of hard work and care went in to making sure that you have a clean and serviceable vehicle that runs properly and looks good. Your help in keeping these vehicles clean and checking the fluids on a regular basis will go a long way toward assuring the Yale fleet will be running and looking good in the future.
