DART Team Activated

As most of you have probably heard by now, the city of Joplin, Missouri was devastated by a tornado on Sunday. By early Monday morning, one of our clients requested emergency coverage as one of their stores was directly impacted by the tornado. Within a short period of time, our DART Director, Linn Baer was on the road from Omaha. Two officers from Dallas were also dispatched with the DART camper trailer. Once the client arrived and determined that the devastation was so great that security was not needed, the DART teams were cancelled. Although this turned out to be more of an exercise, lessons were learned that will only make our DART team stronger.  Special thanks to Larry Huffman and Barry Marlowe for their quick response from Dallas.
