As most of you know, Yale Enforcement Services, Inc. maintains a toll free number. Employees may reach their local offices by dialing 1-888-Yale-ENF (1-888-925-3363) Once the auto attendant answers, simply enter in the extension number of the person you are calling. If you do not know the extension, please refer to page 51 of the Employee Handbook or select the following by Region:

Region 2-x3605
Region 3-x3487
Region 4-x3492
Region 5-x2950

If the person you are calling does not answer, please refrain from calling back repeatedly. Simply leave a message and your call will be returned in a timely manner. Remember, if you reach the operator, you need to understand that he/she does not know where you are calling from so please be specific as to which office you are calling for.
