Officers Go Above and Beyond

I want to commend Captain G. Herweg, area supervisor, Liuetenant J. Lewis, and Sergeants J. Parks, J. Shene, J. Powers, and the rest of the security staff in Myrtle Beach.  Within the past 6 months, this site has seen an increase in hours ranging from 250 hours per week to almost 900 hours per week, every week.  These all being unscheduled hours, the amount of pressure and stress that this adds to all officers is tremendous.

At the same time, these officers have helped turn a negative survey site into a site that receives continuous praise from the client and staff at the facility.  In the past 3 weeks, I have received 3 written commendations for the outstanding service and professionalism that the officers have shown.

Their dedication to duty and desire to provide only the best possible service has proven to the client that Yale Enforcement Services not only says they will provide the best service, but comes through on that promise.

Tommy S. Vickers,
Operations Manager
