Communications Center Praised
I would like to give a standing ovation to the CommunicationsCenter Operators for doing an outstanding job with the issues that have arisen in the after hours when they are on duty. I have had a significant drop in after hours phone calls and am able to have more of a personal life as a Scheduler recently due to their efforts with the Client Sites assigned to me.It was a bumpy road at the beginning but after working out the kinks with some issues, the Communication Center Operators have become an asset to what we do as schedulers and allowing us to have somewhat of a personal life again.
