In the next few weeks you’ll need to know the extension of the person you are trying to reach when you contact the office.  Once you dial our number, you’ll hear the recorded message asking you to enter the extension of the person you wish to reach. Enter your extension then. If you do not know the extension, you can find it by following the directions for searching by name. Soon, calls will not be transferred and if you contact the operator, you will be given the extension and asked to call back. Why not practice now and get in the habit of using extensions?
