Customer Service Award Received

Region 4 would like congratulate Senior Security Officer Lisa Eastes on receiving the “Above and Beyond Customer Service Award” from our client, Wal-Mart.  Senior Security Officer Eastes was one of two officers nationally that received this award from Wal-Mart.  The award was first announced during a national meeting at Wal-Mart corporate headquarters attended by Yale Enforcement Services C.O.O. Rick Yale.  The award was given to Rick to present to Senior Officer Eastes.  On Monday April 23^rd, Rick was in Houston and presented the award  to Senior Officer Eastes. Assisting Rick was myself and Wal-Mart Asset Protection Coordinator Amanda Kemph, who recommended Senior Officer Eastes for the award.  Region 4 is very proud of Senior Officer Eastes, great job!!
