Region 5 Officer of the Month

Innovation, imagination, initiative.  That’s what makes Ken Lemley the Region 5 Officer of the Month.

Ken, a former police officer and now site supervisor for one of our gated communities saw a need and met it with the development of the “Wellness Check Program.” 

The client and the residents love the new program.  The relationship that this has fostered between the security operations, the residents and the community shines a light on the quality of service provided to our clients.  With outstanding foresight, imagination and initiative, Ken has brought the name of Yale Enforcement Services home to the residents, and been named Region 5 Officer of the Month.
